Welcome to Rehearsal Room Music School (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and participation in any of our programs, including lessons, camps, events, and studio services. By accessing this website or engaging in our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Rehearsal Room Music School offers music education and experience-based programs, including:
Private and group music lessons
Band programs with real performance experiences
Seasonal music camps
Studio recording and music production sessions
Songwriting and performance coaching
Specialized programs such as Center Stage
All services are provided at our facility or approved venues, such as Dosey Doe in The Woodlands, TX.
2. Enrollment & Payments
Enrollment: Program enrollment is subject to availability. Some programs have limited seating and may require an audition or instructor approval.
Tuition & Fees: All payments must be made according to the payment schedule provided at the time of registration. Some programs may require non-refundable deposits.
Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and other approved electronic payment methods.
3. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
Student-Initiated Cancellations: 24-hour notice is required to reschedule a private lesson. Missed lessons without proper notice may be forfeited.
School-Initiated Cancellations: If we cancel a class or event, a makeup session or credit will be offered.
Refunds: Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to approval based on the reason and timing of cancellation.
4. Behavior & Safety
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inspiring environment for all participants.
Students and guests are expected to:
Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
Use instruments and equipment responsibly
Follow all staff instructions
Respect rehearsal and performance time
Failure to meet these expectations may result in removal from the program without refund.
5. Media Release
By participating in our programs, you grant Rehearsal Room Music School permission to use photos, video, and audio recordings that may include your image or performance for promotional purposes. You may opt out by submitting a written request in advance.
6. Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, instructional content, and original works created by instructors remain the intellectual property of Rehearsal Room Music School and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
7. Liability
Participation in music lessons and performance activities involves inherent risks. By enrolling, you agree to release and hold harmless Rehearsal Room Music School and its staff from any claims arising from injury, loss, or damage during participation.
8. Website Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. You may not use the site to:
Distribute malicious or harmful software
Collect personal data without consent
Interfere with or disrupt site functionality
We reserve the right to terminate access to users who violate these terms.
